MEDITATION I have found over the years that meditation is a key to my happiness, and that as I meditate it is as though (to quote an ancient teaching) I am filling up a large pool of well-being, drop by drop I choose to create a positive mental state. These meditations can be used to quiet a busy mind, to relieve stress and anxiety, anger and a craving mind (a mind always wishing for moreof anything, always wanting it to be different!) I am very influenced by the buddhist teachings and am training for ordination into the Western Buddhist Order. I enjoy teaching meditation, and hope to add teachings to this page shortly, as well as setting up a forum for discussion about meditation, experiences, and difficulties arising. There are several more experienced meditation teachers who will be glad to offer the benefit of their wisdom too.
